Barbados Photo Diary

Good afternoon all you beautiful people reading this, hope you’re good?

As you may have noticed, I haven’t blogged in a while and for that I do apologise – I’ve been lacking inspiration. But finally I am back and have a some posts lined up for the next few months.

For the first, I’m easing myself in with a photo diary from my time in Barbados last week. If you follow me on instagram you’ll know I was there and if you’re also a long time reader you have probably been expecting this post as it’s one I always do whenever I go away.

For those of you who know me, you’ll know a couple of my family are from the Caribbean (and various other places but I won’t go into that now) and it was time to see some who I hadn’t seen in a long time due to them being so far away.

It was a lovely break, getting away from reality for a little bit to spend time with loved ones and finding inspiration again. IMG_0307IMG_0312

Whilst away I got to chill out and relax, as well as drink a fair bit of rum (can’t say no when in the Caribbean) and just enjoy myself without worrying. I got to free dive in the ocean which was very surreal and calming as well as witness some gorgeous sunsets off the west coast. IMG_0396Screen Shot 2018-02-15 at 13.21.42Screen Shot 2018-02-15 at 13.21.36

I also met a lovely couple (shoutout to David and Amber) who were from New York towards the end of the week and for our last day met them at Boatyard (a must if you’re in Barbados) then went to Cocktail Kitchen for dinner (another must if you’re around St Lawrence Gap) cof

So that’s it for today, hope you guys enjoyed my Barbados photo diary, I’ll be back next Friday with my February Favourites!

Jess x
