I’m great at procrastinating. But then I can also spend days doing everything I need to do to get s**t done.
Today I am going to share with you 4 things that you need to do today
Organise Your Computer – there is never a bad time to clean up your desktop! From old emails to unused files that are just eating away at your precious storage. I try to do this about once every week/other week. Also there will always be time for a back up, if you lose your work you will lose it mentally (I’ve been there)
Clean Out Your Closet – I’m a hoarder so can never manage to get round to this one, I probably should seeing as I found a top from 4 years ago that I wore at most two times!
Exercise – Exercise is so important, even if it’s just a walk on your break to get away from work and get out of your head or to go to one exercise class a week, now is always a good time to start.
Spend Time With Loved Ones – Those who will always be there for you need remembering that you’re there for them too, so go and meet up for a coffee or go out for dinner or just send them a text asking how they are. Any effort will show you care.
